How does clipping work?
For Twitch livestreaming campaigns, the Shinra AI listens and watches streams for campaign tracking, creates short clips around the detected moment, adds thumbnails and viewer context, then sends clips into review. Teams can approve, delete, download or share clips from the mention review workflow.
How do creators control what they share?
Creators can choose which accounts are shared with a team or campaign, review shared campaign media, remove unwanted posts and revoke access.
As a creator: Do I have to share my passwords?
Never. Connections use official OAuth flows where possible, with scoped tokens you can revoke from your dashboard or directly from the platform. Creators stay in control of their accounts and shared data.
Is it really free for creators?
Yes. There might be functions and add-ons in the future that need payment, but all features included in the current creator plan will stay free.
What's included for brands and agencies in a paid plan?
A full team workspace: campaign management, creator directory, comment insights, mention review, link tracking, roles and permissions, and team-level access control. Plans include tracked livestream hours, with additional successful tracked and transcribed hours billed as usage.
